Back in 2013, owner and founder Torrie Barnes had a vision that would help bring her love of healthy food to her community. While the dream of owning her own avocado farm was where this idea had sprouted, a food truck seemed like a convenient place to begin. Torrie has always approached her relationship with food with a sense of consciousness and purpose.

Reading labels, doing research, and making more nutritional choices for herself and for her family were of the utmost importance. Since she and her family live a very active lifestyle, sometimes, finding conscious food choices that fit their needs can be challenging unless their meals are all made at home. So, she decided to take matters into her own hands and change the narrative.

Torrie has a degree in business and has successfully run and owned multiple other businesses. Combined with her daughter-in-law’s experience in the food management, this team quickly became a match made in heaven.  There is something to be said about eating food that makes you feel good, and they are determined and proud to spread the message!
